Mountain heating and cooling, LLC

My AC unit died on Wednesday in the middle of a heat wave and my house was hitting 88 degrees. Called several places and the soonest anyone could see me to evaluate was a week away. Called Joe with Mountain Heating and Cooling and he was able to come the next day, and when it turns out that I needed an entirely new unit, he was able to have it ordered and installed the following day. From my unit dying to having a brand new unit installed it was 48 hours, which is unheard of especially in the middle of summer. All of my interactions with him and the team were courteous, professional, and informative. I would absolutely recommend them!

Joe and his dad have helped me in a few different properties. I have used them for 4 or so years, they are responsive and the perfect blend of friendly and professional. I actually thought so highly of them that I referred them to my best friend. He used them and came back with glowing reviews. I have a few different vacation rentals, the AC went out one Weekend in the Summer. Joe got me a system and had it install in days, it was speedy quick. Was told 90 dollar service fee then quote to fix, then billed almost 500 dollars for cleaning and diagnostic.
