I had some siding done to repair old cedar siding and old flashing with some roof repair. Jody and crew did a quality job. Good communication about when work was happening, explanations about why they were doing things a certain way and solid cleanup. Of course there were some hiccups and they were handled with grace. We hired Pisgah Roofing to replace our roof and, upon the initial consultation, I let Billy know that we had a couple other quotes out of full transparency. Rather than saying why he believes we should choose Pisgah, he instead talked poorly of the other businesses, referring to them as like “two men and a truck.” This was the first red flag, but we ended up going with Pisgah because he quoted us the lowest number (he had knowledge of what the other quotes were). We paid half the amount when we signed on, and were told the other half would be due after installation. Three weeks after the roof was installed, he finally reached back out to have the final inspection and collect the second half of payment. We were shocked to then be told we owed another surprise additional $1875 that was NOT quoted for boards that needed replacing, on top of the second half of payment. Aaron Farmer was very knowledgeable and professional in addressing our roof leak issue. He spent time to explain things and very prompt in getting a quote.
