Experienced an odd issue with tankless water heater in a home we purchased in late 2019. Went through previous owner's records and saw that Witt has done the installation. Contacted him and discussed the issue observed, and also asked him to descale the unit. He let me know his availability and arrived on time. We have been working on a basement renovation, requiring a new hot water heater, new gas lines, and figuring out where a newly discovered shower leak was coming from.
