Brandon got my heat going just in time for cold weather, and made sure to explain everything about the work he was doing, as well as solve a mystery with my thermostat that I had been trying to figure out for weeks. Came home and my heat was not working. Called Control Specialists and they walked me through a few home fixes to rule out problems. after a short time we realized it was not something I could take care of.
