Josh Blizard is a wonderful employee with a wonderful attitude. My furnace stopped working properly and he was on call. He came out to my house on Saturday morning and fixed everything for me. I am very grateful to him and to First Quality Air for their care and concern about their customers. They hire really good service people and they train them well.
Quality Air is such a great company! When my AC quit working at 92 degrees outside, I called after hours and within 30min Josh came over and did some tests and explained each step and why he was doing the test. Long story short he had it working and truly saved the day! It’s hard to find good help now days but Josh was awesome and we appreciate him and Quality Air! I highly recommend QA to anyone who needs their services. Thanks
We spent $800 in July for furnace maintenance and cleaning at our home in Fairview- The furnace will not light now, and they refuse to come out to help. Their policy is that the owner has to be present for the service visit - we have someone staying in the property now and would gladly meet them, we will return in May. I offered to pay in advance - no deal. So take care - if you are ever away from your home, forget about service. If you are able to make sense of the response below, you have one up on me. "Full transparency," give me a break. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. Service: HVAC system maintenance
