Travis, the technician who came to troubleshoot my heat pump, was amazing. He was very diligent, thorough, communicated with clarity, and went way over, above, and beyond any technician I’ve ever had to my house for any problem! He was able to pinpoint and solve the problem. In the process, he provided me with more education and understanding of my heat pump, and I have realized I would have. And, he did all of this for an exceptionally reasonable price. I will definitely use sky HVAC again.
