We have used White and Williams for more than 20 years at multiple properties. They are absolutely the most dependable and the best as far as diagnosing and repairing issues. We can't recommend them highly enough.
White & Williams recently removed my old oil furnace and replaced it with a new heat pump. I was a little hesitant at first because I read some unflattering reviews from a couple of years ago, but I'm glad I went with them. They were easy to work with, responsive, and on schedule. The work areas were left better than they found them, and I absolutely love my new system. Highly recommend! Service: Heating system installation
W and W sent an experienced HVAC tech to my home. He diagnosed the leak in the indoor coil and recommended replacement rather than refilling a leaking system. Then he listed out the options for repair. A second employee is coming Tuesday (4 days later) to quote the repairs.
