White & Williams recently removed my old oil furnace and replaced it with a new heat pump. I was a little hesitant at first because I read some unflattering reviews from a couple of years ago, but I'm glad I went with them. They were easy to work with, responsive, and on schedule. The work areas were left better than they found them, and I absolutely love my new system. Highly recommend! Service: Heating system installation
Made a service call for a repair. I was told someone would return my call to schedule service. I called back 3 days later and was given the run around by the person answering the phone. I was then informed they were too backed up to service my system and to call someone else. Poor customer service to say the least!
