Right off the bat it was awesome service! The lady that took my call was attentive and patient. Not to mention, quite funny and comfortable to speak with. She took my information and had a technical rep call me back to discuss my needs. Their price was comparable to their competitors. I didn't have to pay a fee for them to give me a quote. William came at the appointed time and date. He was very professional and his workmanship was impeccable. All remnants of his work was cleaned before asking for balance. Scheduling with all electric was so easy. Bart and Demonte came out on time and were extremely professional. They took the time to discuss options for installation before beginning work and they were knowledgeable and confident with what they were doing. Both Demonte and Bart were very pleasant to be around and went above and beyond what I originally asked for. The experience was so good that I asked them to quote more work for me before they left. I don’t think I will look beyond All electric for any of my future needs. The electricians that came out were awful! They threw out a couple electrical outlet covers because they didn't fit the room since they replaced it with GFI (could have used it elsewhere). They put several hole in one of our walls trying to find a good place to put an outlet....ended up not being able to place an outlet so wall looks like Swiss cheese and will need to replace drywall. The electricians put a hole in our roof and didn't tell us we found out because a rain and leaking! They didn't pass inspection the first time. If my husband didn't know about electrical work I would not have known how bad it was and they wouldn't have fixed it. However they did take about 3-5k off our final bill because of all the problems. But eventually they blocked my husband's number so he would quit calling. I would never recommend or call on them again!
