Professional, great customer service, and trustworthy. We will always use Steve Davis Heating & Air Conditioning from here on out. Josh was our technician and he was wonderful and patient with us (poor guy had to deal with phone tag with us, lol). He installed a brand new heating/cooling unit for our house at a fair price. Their service is expedient and they will continuously give you updates along the way.

Josh was right on schedule, very professional and very accommodating. He did an expert service and had a great customer approach. Josh was very professional and helped to understand the service he performed. Josh did not rush through the job. I felt he was making sure to cover everything. Josh made us feel like we were his most important job that day. I have canceled my contract with a big box HVAC and put my trust and maintenance in Steve Davis Heating and Air.

Excellent professional install. Did not try to push me into something I didn’t need or want. Answered all my questions. 3 day install including all new ductwork. Pricing was more than I imagined but so is everything else in this economy we are in. I would recommend them to others. Good job Josh!
