I rarely write reviews but these guys are so great at what they do that I wanted to share my good experiences. Last summer, our 30 year old upstairs HVAC unit finally died. I called several places for estimates but decided to go with Fluette because they offered the best combination of quality and value. And unlike some vendors, they come to the site to carefully inspect everything before giving an estimate. Fluette installed a new Heil HVAC system for us. The installation went very smooth. All of their technicians were courteous and professional. Shortly after installation, I noticed that the AC was struggling to maintain the set temperature. They came back out to investigate and discovered that our attic exhaust fan had died at some point. This was causing excessive heat to accumulate in the attic and making the new unit struggle to keep up. They then proceeded to install a new attic fan, at no charge! The system worked flawlessly for the past year until yesterday. I got home
