LM Wilson Heating & Air

I really like LM Wilson. They have consistently been timely with appointments, and they have handled our issues quickly. We have found the techs to be knowledgeable about their work. However, we would ask that the techs remember that in most cases, customers are not experts. Thus, techs should have some patience and be clear with explanations about what is happening or needs to be done. This is especially important when customers have to make decisions that are costly or may have serious implications in the future. Again, LM has been solid, and would recommend them for those in need of HVAC service.

The technician was (as always) on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I’m always able to DEPEND on LM Wilson to the job AND do it well. Todays tech was particularly helpful as we had fencing that needed to be moved to perform the service that was too heavy for us alone to move. We were very thankful especially that he returned everything to its original places without even asking for assistance. Service: HVAC system maintenance
