Shady dealings. Stay away. This place is a complete joke. Customer service is horrible and they overcharge for parts by 300%.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Blake and his team on two separate repairs at two different houses. I have worked with several AC repair companies throughout different parts of North Carolina for more than 10 years and Mike bledsoe takes the cake on the best customer service, quality of work, and fair pricing. Not only did Blake get back to me promptly at the time each problem arose, but he and his team worked relentlessly to determine the issue and diligently to identify the solution. I have a relatively new unit and other companies have thrown their hands up and suggested I buy a new unit without actually trying to figure out the problem. It was clear that Blake cares about his customers and is committed to offering fair and reasonable solutions. I will only work with him and his group moving forward. Thank you!

They came when they said they were going to, and called ahead to make sure I was available. I was told they were hoping to get the extensive amount of work I’d asked to have done completed that day, so a crew of several people showed up. They did very high quality work, were very professional, and did get it completed in one day. Every part of my hvac system was replaced, down to cutting holes for new floor vents. Everything was done with top quality craftsmanship, and my new system works fantastically. Also, this was all done at several thousand dollars less than other quotes I had received.
