I can't say enough good things about the amazing crew at RJR. We spent a lot of money with another company one summer, and had already invested so much time and money into them continuing to troubleshoot and "repair" our central air issues. The following summer, when our AC once again showed us it had not been repaired, we contacted the right people for the job! RJR immediately knew what the problem was, and knew we had already sunk a lot of time and money into a resolution that never came. They were quick. They were knowledgeable. They were professional. And they perfectly explained the work they would do. They took care of warranty registration for us, and set up PMs. On top of all that, the owners are just awesome, hardworking people. They provided awesome, quick, and very non-intrusive service. They also provided me with the cheapest option. I had three estimates, and they were at least 2K below the other two options. I asked for the most economical option, and they gave me what I wanted.
