It’s hard enough to find good help these days, but Mitchell Roofing took complete and total advantage of my parents. They replaced the entire roof of their house 5 years ago, and within that 5 year period there were several leaks inside of my parents house. Every single person, including the boss came out (after several phone calls and a lot of them putting off coming out) and they did nothing other than climb up on the roof, look around, and say they would call my parents back. My parents had a warranty, on top of the more serious issue of why were there so many leaks after the roof only being on for 4 years. I do not normally leave bad reviews unless I feel it’s worth doing, and in this case, I am very disappointed and disgusted with Mitchell Roofing. After weeks of calling and canceling to come back out, and dragging their feet, we finally found someone who took the time to come inside, and climb into the attic. The man quickly found and fixed the very simple problem within one week

Called earlier in the day and waited for someone to call me. I hadn't heard anything so when I got off of work I called back to ask how long it might take for someone to call me back and had to leave a message. The receptionist returned my call, I asked how long it might take to get a call back. She said maybe at the end of the week. I said well it is raining about every night so if you guys can't get to me let me know so I can call someone else. Instead of saying "let me check and see how long it might take", her response was well if you want to call someone else I can cancel this order. So, I said that is fine. I guess they can afford to lose business.

I had an excellent experience with Mitchell Roofing. Chris was friendly and professional, and was happy to explain everything and answer all my questions. And he didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need! I'm super happy with their work and the interactions I had with their entire staff. Highly recommend! Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
