After a branch Fell and ripped the powerline out of the side of our house (causing a fire at the meter) Scott with One Call showed up first thing the very next day made all the necessary repairs and went beyond that to upgrade our house to modern standards and code by bonding the gas line and installing new groundings, etc. He coordinated with the city and Duke Energy and was able to have power restored the following day as soon as the doors opened at the the city inspector’s office. After the job was finished they cleaned up and left without a trace. Very polite, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable. Highly recommended!

We had OneCall come in and put in an outlet above the mantel where we're going to mount a TV. They guys were on-time, professional, courteous, and efficient. They were in and out and extremely respectful of social distancing guidelines. We'll definitely be calling them again.

If you have an electrical need, One Call is the only call you should make. The team (Derek and other) arrived on time then diagnosed and knocked out three problems in 60 minutes including installation of a heavy duty outside outlet that keep blowing a fuse when it rained. I was equally surprised by the great service fee; very reasonable. Finally, this may seem like a little thing but they cleaned up after their repairs and returned furniture to original spots. If any of you have had service contractors these days, they seem to care less about their mess when compared to old school contractors (i.e., 8 out of 10 repairs, I am vacuuming or returning furniture to original spot after the repair).
