The main office and scheduler was professional and friendly, and she was helpful getting an electrician out the following morning. Leo was timely and professional, and he spent the time to explain what he found (with pictures) and how he fixed it. I would recommend Mr. Sparky. The team from Mr Sparky (Stephen and Dale) quickly identified and remedied issues with a haunted outlet (hall lights only worked if we plugged a wall wart into the outlet) and a pendant light junction box that fell out of my kitchen ceiling. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, put up with lots of questions from me, worked neatly and cleaned up the minimal mess from fixing the pendant light problem (double thickness of drywall, overtightened screws, broken anchor wings). They also did a safety check of the GFI switches (explaining how a tripped switch in an upstairs bathroom disabled my porch light!) and identified an outdoor panel that wasn't adequately secured to the siding. In a nice touch, the company sent an introductory email with a picture for the lead electrician (Stephen). It was a good experience all around, and I'd use them again in a heartbeat!
