Chris and team were excellent. Very prompt service. Chris came in the morning to provide estimates to install EV charging station and he sent his team same day in the afternoon for installation. Chris and his team are very knowledgeable and look for solutions to your electrical issues/problems. I have used them twice - once for outdoor outlets that blew the entire circuit and again to install new outlets. The new outlets took a bit to figure out the best way to install, and they made it work. They work in pairs so that they can work quickly and efficiently. I've used other electricians - Triad is the best!

Several things that really stood out to me when working with Chris and his team: —Quick to communicate if there was any delay in meeting at the intended time. —Took time to educate me and explain what the options were. I'm always looking to work with folks who have the heart of a teacher and don't just tell me what needs to be done, but why. — Prices were fair. —Chris and his team were very professional. They did good work, and they took the time to clean up after themselves, which I so appreciated. Even whey they had to cut into the ceiling, they did it in the least obtrusive way so it would be super easy to patch. Overall I was thrilled with the work they did. I will absolutely be using them again when I'm ready to install overhead lighting, and have already referred my neighbors to them.
