I had to replace an existing mini-split unit and after doing research, decided on the Mitsubishi unit because of the high ratings and the warranty. Tim came out and did an assessment and gave us a proposal/estimate and within a week the unit was installed. Installers arrived on time, installed the unit, cleaned up, and explained the functions.
