Jimmy arrived the next day after our call to get septic drain lines jetted. Our system is showing its age but he was able to jet out the lines and get us back in business. I also appreciated the information and advice, so that I can better understand the system and how to maintain it. Service: Sewer repair

Contacted them to have septic drain field lines blown out. They quoted $500 to complete the job. The appointment was rescheduled multiple times for a week, then upon arrival, they said it would be an additional $80 as they have to dig out the distribution box. They partially dug out the box and tried to clean one drain line and said it could not be completed. They never tried to clean out the other 2 lines, but I was charged the FULL amount even though the job was NOT COMPLETED. I shared my concerns with them and they basically said pay the full bill and don't use us again. I will definitely be taking their own advice and will not use them again.
