Very knowledgeable and will be able to fix your problem, BUT you will be charged almost $200 ON TOP of the cost of repairs for their "visit." Most other places will roll the cost of the tech coming out into the repairs, but they don't do that. After I paid my bill, they sent me a separate bill for the very first visit they made. I would use Boer Brothers again in a heartbeat. Their quote of options was so much more detailed than another service provider that we had considered, and their prices were very competitive. They were on time, their work was neat and professional, and we were completely satisfied with the installation. OK...there was one miniscule hiccup - a small drywall repair that was needed to the ceiling in our master bedroom.....which was done today, with excellence by a black belt drywall master - you can't tell there was ever any damage. Throughout the entire process, we've had easy communication with their team. Two thumbs up and I would add more if I had more thumbs.
