**CUSTOMER ADVISORY** If you're considering hiring Full Stack Plumbing, a word of advice: DO NOT sign their Acknowledgement Paragraph or their Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement! If my experience is their standard practice, you'll be presented with those forms on an iPad for signature, after the work is done and with no advance time to read the documents or determine whether the work actually was satisfactorily completed. For most plumbing work, and particularly work on a sewer line (as in my situation), there's no way to know at that moment whether the work was properly and satisfactorily completed. Until there's been a chance to use the plumbing, any unresolved problems will be undiscovered. The Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement is particularly overreaching.
