He quickly and professionally diagnosed and fixed our leak with very little problems. The price for the visit was definitely reasonable. What they didn't do was the normal pitch and immediately say I needed a new unit. That's what I've come to expect these days. So, right off the bat I liked the service men. They were down to business and did what I paid for. Can't ask for more than that. The back office was responsive and even called me back same night when I left and after-hours message.
