We moved into our house last year and had a problem with the central air going out after the first month. The warranty company sent another contractor who couldn't repair the problem. Accent was then contacted and he responded immediately and came and repaired the unit. He explained the issues to me, showed me the problem and was reasonable in price. Just this past week we had an issue with our second unit and it was a holiday weekend. Dan responded again immediately and talked us though the possible problems. They came yesterday to do the actual repair and were professional, quick, and reasonable. I will always call Accent from now on and refer them to everyone who needs help with HVAC!!!
