Joel and his team are FANTASTIC. We had him install a laundry room sink this Summer. He was fast, knowledgeable and tidy. Last night when our laundry room flooded, he was my first call. After hours, he walked me through everything and came right out today. Explained everything in great detail and fixed the clog. He is so professional, genuinely cares to educate families on the problems and how to prevent future issues, and does incredible honest work. Tony did an incredible job during the initial consultation and explained step by step what needed to be done to replace my tankless water heater. Wow! I have no words other than how appreciative my family and I are to Bliss Plumbing. My husband and I purchased our dream Mid Century Home, and we were extremely excited for the journey in Charlotte. With long travel and days, I love a nice soak in our downstairs tub. Well to our surprise, we found out the tub would not drain & caused overflow leakage into the guest bedroom closet. Talk about a disaster! Bliss was asked to come out & within the first few hours, the owner was able to provide me a solution. He was thorough with the process & that it would take two total trips. Great news is that I could use my tub same day with great improvement. What we uncovered is that during the construction of our home, the bathtub was full of debris. Not only was he able to clear the line but replace the drain, we are happy campers!
