Cannot speak highly enough about Air 72 and Doug. We called on a Sunday, they answered the phone and scheduled Doug to come out for a service call the next morning between 11 - 2. Doug showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the issued and stayed until we were back up and running. He came on a holiday and even though he was giving us his holiday to work on our AC, he was smiling ,extremely professional and courteous during the entire visit. Recommend Air 72 highly and Doug is a rock star !! Service: A/C system repair
I've been using Air 72 since Jan. 2021. They are a very professional company. Every phone call I've made has been handled professionally by their staff. When talking to anyone there, I feel like I'm a part of the family because they are so kind. Doug has been my tech from beginning and I hope it stays that way. He is always very professional, very knowledgeable and shows respect towards me and pride in his work. He does what needs to be done in a decent and timely fashion.
