The tech was prompt, courteous and personable. He did an excellent job of replacing a 24 year old refrigerator water line valve. However, the use of flat rate pricing and call out charge resulted in a $500 bill for 30 minutes of on site work.

Chad came out to represent Progressive SC. He was punctual, very personable, and straight to the point. I appreciate that. We tried to troubleshoot full house flickering of vanity lights and some canned lights. All LED. New home build (less than 2 yrs old). Checked main breaker, checked individual arc/GFI breakers. Individual breakers ran warm, they shouldn’t. Recommended replacement of breakers first, if problems persists, then try bulb replacements. If still continues, then it might be a neutral electrical line. Thorough, and professional. Never left any questions.

I was connected to Progressive through Costco*. My current system was almost 20 years old. I wanted to replace it proactively instead of reactively. Scotty arrived on time and explained my options. He did not do any 'song and dance' or make 'unwritten promises' to get my business. Progressives upfront price was better than the competitions 'mangers today only price because he wants to help me out'. He responded timely to follow up questions. Installation of system was scheduled quickly (2 days later). Installation Tech's were respectful of me and my property, kept me informed along the way. System was tested both air and heat prior to their departure. * I ended up purchasing a different unit than the one that made me eligible for the Costco shop card.
