Progressive Service Company

I was connected to Progressive through Costco*. My current system was almost 20 years old. I wanted to replace it proactively instead of reactively. Scotty arrived on time and explained my options. He did not do any 'song and dance' or make 'unwritten promises' to get my business. Progressives upfront price was better than the competitions 'mangers today only price because he wants to help me out'. He responded timely to follow up questions. Installation of system was scheduled quickly (2 days later). Installation Tech's were respectful of me and my property, kept me informed along the way. System was tested both air and heat prior to their departure. * I ended up purchasing a different unit than the one that made me eligible for the Costco shop card. I'm thankful that Costco connected me to a great company. Service: Installation

Called company to inquire about their service due to needing toilet set as we recently replaced flooring. The initial call was handled very well by the lady that answered. I was lucky that a plumber could be out in under an hr considering this was on Friday. Ethan came out & while the price was IMO excessive, he was very kind & professional and explained what needed to be done to make the fix. I do not normally write reviews, but felt this employee needed to be recognized for his work as well as the company for their prompt response. I would’ve easily have given 5 stars and believe that had the price not be as high as it was, this is a company I would call again to have in my home. We had our dual air conditioning systems replaced last month by Progressive Service. The whole experience -- from our first call for an evaluation to find out why our power bill was way up, through the installation and even a service call -- has been fantastic. Responsiveness was very fast, I think one day for the evaluator (William Taylor) to come out after my call. He was straightforward and honest in his report, including several pictures of the bad news with our old systems. The sales rep (Darryl Boswell) was here the day after that, and gave us a great education on the different systems we could choose, benefits of each, and the cost. His 25+ years of experience, and how long he's been with Progressive, gave us a feeling of trust and confidence in both his advice and the company. And the final installation was done about 2 weeks after we ordered, and took two installers two full days.
