I can't say enough about Charles In Charge, they are prompt, professional & know their stuff. They did our new heating/air install in 2020, exceptionally pleased with the service, especially since this happened during the summer months. We had to reach out again in 2022, due to the a/c issues, due to maintenance fell by the wayside because of my husband's heart issue & he normally handles all of this. They were prompt, came out & although we had a service agreement in place from prior years with another company, who's slogan is they treat you like family....well I will continue to use Charles In Charge, they are hands down one of the best in the business! Charles in Charge fixed the air at my home last week. They were professional and courteous, so much so that I called them again a few days later to service a rental property. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Contacted Charles to get an estimate on an a/c and furnance replacement. He and his staff were prompt, courteous and professional throughout the process. We met on Monday and the install was completed within 3 days. Thanks for the great work!
