Charles In Charge Heating & Air

We have used Charles on two different occasions. They were automatically chosen for our home repair warranty when the AC went out. Mike showed up (technician), and is quite honestly the most genuine person we’ve dealt with in a long time. He was professional, on time, polite, and able to explain things to where anyone can understand. We decided to convert the garage into two bedrooms, and got estimates from several places. Charles was by far the most competitive, and after dealing with Mike, we decided to use them again. Mike and his helper showed up, and completed the job in no time. They were again on time, professional, courteous, and incredibly hard working. They cleaned up their mess from the install each day, reviewed and explained everything they did, and made us feel comfortable with a topic we don’t know much about.
