Emergency Heating and Cooling

I have a home warranty with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. We had an issue with our HVAC not cooling properly. 2-10 sent out Emergency Heating and Cooling who was able to quickly check our unit. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it. We have three units, which I asked them to look at those too. This required additional paper work with 2-10 which they completed all themselves and handled. They identified issue with one of the other two units and made the repair. The house now cools 10x better than it ever has. They were prompt, professional and skilled. I will use again. Service: Repair HVAC

Let me tell you about my experience with Emergency Heating and Cooling. Shane is amazing. We were going through our warranty company and they were trying to jerk us around a little bit. Shane worked with us throughout the entire process, which I might add that he didn't have to do any of what he did, the T&C of the warranty company. He went above and beyond for us and got our unit replaced and we finally had A.C after weeks of being without. I wish I had known about EH&C years ago, Shane is honest, professional and just an all around great human being. You have definitely earned a customer for life, sir!!!! Thank you again!
