Charlotte Roofing Specialists replaced my roof in 2016 following storm related wind/hail damage. Their work was exceptional. They were the only roofing installer I found that hand nailed the new shingles and also offered to be present during the damage assessment with my insurance company which was a great help during that process. I called them this week to check out the fan system in my attic that's been making noises. David came out and thoroughly looked over the attic space and roof lines. Turns out I don't have an attic fan on the house and the issue is with my hvac system. He didn't charge me for the service call. I’ve had multiple tree limbs fall on my house, puncturing big holes through the roof. David and his team were out to my house within an hour or 2 to temporarily patch each incident to prevent any further damage (water, etc). They then quickly came back out to do the full repairs - always doing a very thorough job and I knew I was in good hands. Never had any further issues after they fixed the roof. Very affordable too.
