We have used Kirkland for over 25 years, and would never use anyone else. We do the Spring and Fall maintenance every year, and always feel better about the safety, efficiency and reliability of the system when they leave. Today they replaced our gas furnace with a very efficient York unit. Very pleased. Josh and Devon were our technicians, and they were great. We have had a maintenance contract with Kirkland for well over 20 years. I trust their honesty, service and professionalism. When repairs have been needed, they provided detailed explanation about the issue and a reasonable cost for the replacement part. We have a very old HVAC and we know a new unit will be needed sometime. We appreciate that all the Kirkland techs are always efficient and helpful, especially Josh.
