We recently found a leak in our roof resulting in some staining of an interior wall and ceiling. We immediately went in search of a reliable roofer to help identify the source and execute a repair. We initially reached out to several companies through "Angi" and had relatively poor response. Those that did respond all started their conversations out with promises to get a whole new roof, but not to worry "insurance will pay for everything". These companies hadn't even seen the property, roof or the leak. Frustrated, I called H & S roofing. Jim was very responsive, and withheld judgment until he got a look at the problem. He admit the source might be difficult to track down but had an idea that he felt strongly was the problem. With an active leak, we were moved up on the repair schedule and we soon had someone on the roof digging into the problem. To our surprise, the damage was less significant than originally thought and the repair was relatively straightforward. The final cost came

H&S roofing replaced our entire roof in 3 days. They gave clear expectations prior to beginning the work which was extremely helpful. They were careful around our house to be as clean and quiet as possible.
