This company is a complete fraud. They upsell options such as Zoning which was sold to us by “ Marco Ferreira” for $1300 and it never worked. So this Zoning option upsold by the so called Comfort specialist Marco was a complete money grab and it was like throwing down money down the drain and into the coffers of John Adams. The extra work and the delay in installation was because of change in furnace a decision made by Adams based on non availability of the agreed upon unit at the time of install and the lack of accurate measurements by their comfort specialist - Marco— all of which was their fault. They could have pre ordered the agreed upon unit or measured the attic space correctly. Somehow Adams takes pride in extra work they did which was a direct result of their own incompetence and lack of due diligence before the installation. Adams Heating & AC was a dream to work with! They are very professional, kind, very responsive, and flexible. We had my whole HVAC unit replaced, flushed out, the works!
