I cannot say more wonderful things about Horne. I have used them for 15 years or more. The do great work and I have the piece of mind that my units are always running properly with the maintenance plan. Recently, I had an unusual issue with a new mini split. Horne installed all new ductwork and 2 new systems in the house we just renovated. Our system is working perfectly. Colby just left our house where he upgraded the thermostats — free of charge since the contractor did not pay for thermostats to fully support the systems we selected. He took his time and explained everything. He was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns about servicing — we had bad experiences with another company in the past— and documented everything in detail. He was very accommodating and I feel really confident that we will have a good relationship with Horne as we move forward. So far, I’m super impressed!
