Nathan, the electrician for my job, was very professional and efficient. He gave me a thorough explanation of the work and answered all of my questions. I knew exactly what to expect before he began. Jody really made the process of replacing our water heater smooth for us. He called before the appointment and let us know he had reviewed the emergency call we placed to Michael & Son when our water heater failed and overflowed. He let us know he was on the way and arrived exactly when he said he would. Upon arrival, Jody was courteous, empathetic, and ready to get to work. He explained the pricing for the replacement unit and was patient with our questioning. His answers were thorough and straightforward. Then, once we decided on a payment option, he went about gathering his supplies and got to work. He worked efficiently and answered any questions that came up. Once he finished, he stayed long enough to ensure that everything was working up to and beyond our expectations. He also took time to explain proper shut off points for the unit as well as the warranty and service agreement. We were very pleased with Jody and because of his professionalism, we will definitely be using Michael

The business is very communicative, they sent text alerts for the time frame you're scheduled for and when your technician is on the way. Matt was very friendly and professional and had my kitchen sink working again within an hour. Good work.
