The outside fan on our 10-year-old York heat pump would not turn on whenever the furnace would activate. Joseph diagnosed the problem as simply a wire that had come loose from the fan. He reattached the wire and the unit has been working fine since. We like Charlotte Comfort Systems because they have always given us great service and they are HONEST, which we appreciate most of all. A dishonest repair company could have cost us hundreds of dollars using a bogus diagnosis. We're like most folks in that we don't know very much about things HVAC, so that makes us vulnerable to being ripped off. I never worry about that happening with this company. We've been a customer for years and see no reason to look elsewhere for service. Service: Heating system repair
