Mister Sparky

It’s rare to find such a master of a craft but when I met Christian Perry today he was truly fantastic. Explained everything to me in such a detailed manner and not to mention the patience and incredible customer service skills he displayed are unmatched by any other electronic I have ever met. Mr sparky is a fantastic company but they are very lucky to have Christian Perry. Incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. They quote a $109 fee up front. I asked “Does this include diagnostic?” The representative over the phone said “Yes”. (They sent me the recording of the phone call). The tech gets to the site and calls me and tells me the diagnostic is going to be $1,300?! At that point, as someone who rents out the home to an awesome couple, I’m completely stuck. I want to take care of this for them but absolutely hated what felt like a complete bait and switch. When I pressed the tech on what the representative had initially told me, he said “oh, well, that was our call center”…as if they aren’t responsible for what their call center says? Then, they asked for payment before sending me an invoice. Never heard of this. I pushed back multiple times and they finally sent me an invoice for $1,300 for…you guessed it, a diagnostic and repair. I asked a manager to call me to discuss my experience on August 4. We have used Mister Sparky for multiple services. They are always professional, on time, and go above and beyond to get the job done and make us happy. They are by far the best contractor we use for the house and could not recommend them enough! Cameron, Francisco, Cody and everyone else we work with has been wonderful. Same with Ally and Holly in the office!
