Kevin was professional and patiently answered my questions before performing the work. Communications and timeliness were perfect. Shoe covers were worn and work area was left clean. Quality work. Highly recommend.

Incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. They quote a $109 fee up front. I asked “Does this include diagnostic?” The representative over the phone said “Yes”. (They sent me the recording of the phone call). The tech gets to the site and calls me and tells me the diagnostic is going to be $1,300?! At that point, as someone who rents out the home to an awesome couple, I’m completely stuck. I want to take care of this for them but absolutely hated what felt like a complete bait and switch. When I pressed the tech on what the representative had initially told me, he said “oh, well, that was our call center”…as if they aren’t responsible for what their call center says? Then, they asked for payment before sending me an invoice. Never heard of this. I pushed back multiple times and they finally sent me an invoice for $1,300 for…you guessed it, a diagnostic and repair. I asked a manager to call me to discuss my experience on August 4.
