From beginning to end, Signature was one of the most professional companies I’ve ever dealt with. It started with a very thorough initial inspection and explanation of the insurance submission process, and ended with an excellent roof installation by a very professional crew. The communication was beyond top notch, with frequent emails to keep us all on the same page. They also fought tooth and nail to get every penny from the insurance company because of hail damage. The on-site management during the install very receptive to questions provided frequent updates. A great experience beginning to end. I highly recommend them and would use them again myself.
