I have nothing but positive things to say about Signature Exteriors roofing. Their quote wasn’t the cheapest, but it was still competitive enough for consideration. I ultimately decided to hire them to replace my roof and gutters because of their excellent reviews. Plus, I really appreciated their sales presentation... no hard-sell tactics or pushy sales calls. Isaac did a thorough inspection, shared the photos and his report with me, reviewed the available options, and gave me a price. It was that easy. My roof was replaced in one day. Their crews left the grounds in immaculate condition, and the new roof looks great. Taking all things into account, I am happy with my choice in hiring Signature Exteriors as my roofing contractor. I would recommend them to anyone in the Waxhaw or general Charlotte area who needs roofing services. Probably the best contracting firm I’ve ever worked with. I had a leak from my roof into the kitchen, but a very thorough inspection by Signature showed extensive storm damage in other areas of the roof as well. They provided extensive photos of the damage, were able to write up a detailed damage report, and then corresponded directly with me and my insurance company every step of the way. John and Michael were always responsive via text or email whenever needed. The quality of the roof, gutter and interior work done, as well as clean-up of the site afterwards truly stands out. Every tier of their organization and subcontractors they work with is top notch. I can’t recommend Signature Exteriors enough.
