Alex was amazing! He called to let me know he could come 4 hours earlier than our appt! Did my inspection and while I wasn't ready for the price- the price was fair and he explained the issues and how to fix them. I called about a leak coming from a shingle nail in my roof. Alex pointed out 2 different options - fixing the leaking area and adding roofing caulk to the other areas (my roof was 7 years old and the caulk was starting to crack). Was very professional and showed me pictures of my roof before and after the repair.
