I personally cannot say if this is a bad company but from my current ongoing experience it is not a good one. First - If you want to get in contact with someone you have to call at 430 pm, because that is when you can speak to the manager so he can schedule for someone to come out. When someone finally came out after I had continuously called for a few days. I kept being told I did not know what the issues was and I should call spectrum. I have a faulty coaxial outlet that has a shortage, not difficult to figure out when you have an outlet tester. This is located in my now office, which because of COVID -19, it is clearly needed. Second - after the Electrician, finally grasped that I did actually know what I was talking about and was not just trying to make him do more work. He leaves and says " I have to talk to someone to see what needs to happen next." That was over 3 weeks ago , this has been a 2 1/2 month and counting process.

I have been trying to communicate with this company for the last several weeks. I called several times and told I would receive a call back and nothing. Finally called and spoke with a manager who said they were busy and would get to me last Monday 10/12 from 12-3. No one showed so I called and the lady said the person didn’t show up that day. I have heard nothing from them over this entire week. No apologies or anything. They installed our wiring for new construction David Weekly in Fort Mill and have came out for service previously. Never have I had to chase someone for service and to give them business.. Take your business elsewhere Service: Electrical outlet & switch relocation

Had an appointment set up to check out my flood light that hadn't been wired up correctly but no one ever showed or called. Reached out to the office over the course of 3 months and have yet to have anyone come out or even return my phone call!!
