He came on time and was very professional and respectful to our home wearing the face mask and covering his shoes. The price is very competitive. We were so impressed by Don’s response time, great communication, and most importantly his positive attitude to problem solve and provide solid diagnostics. He diagnosed the situation effectively and fixed our ceiling fan switches promptly. We had Patterson contracting Services to our home to help us move our home audio onto current technology. Our older setup was no longer working and we weren’t sure why. Patterson spent time listening to what we wanted and checking/testing our equipment to diagnose where there were problems. This allowed him to recommend what equipment we really needed and what we could continue to use. He followed up and scheduled a return as soon as the new equipment was delivered. After a full install he spent all the time we needed going over setup and use… never getting frustrated even after he got the same question multiple times! We are so excited to watch our first movie with our new setup tonight. We give Patterson two thumbs up! I wish all service companies were so efficient, productive and helpful.
