A great service provided by Wayne L. I called early afternoon about my thermostat reading “error”, and a pan full of water. Wayne arrived soon after and worked diligently to fix the problem. He was kind and respectful as he entered my home and asked me about my situation. He was efficient while also, explained what happened to my unit. My house was cooling off in no time. My home builder works with Romanoff for HVAC needs. Today a diligent HVAC repairman by the name of Robert came to address an issue I had with the AC. Robert was quick to troubleshoot the problem and went even further as to suggest how to solve the root issue (the breakers and labels were switched for the heavy appliances — range and AC unit) even though it wasn't the AC unit itself. It took him all of about 15 minutes. It was incredible to watch him work. Thank you Robert and Romanoff!

Wayne was a huge help over the busy holiday weekend by taking our call at midnight on a Saturday when our AC was not working. Out the next day, he figured out the issue and was able to have the hard to find motor installed and running by midday Tuesday.
