Most likely a scam! We received a flier at the house about issues with our roof. This should have been the first red flag but we wanted to get our roof checked at some point and thought this may be a good starting point. The flier stated that they give you a year to decide if you want to move forward and they do not use aggressive sales tactics. Far from the truth. A sales person came out to the house and told us the roof needed to be replaced immediately and then spent 2 hours stalling and giving an aggressive sales pitch before actually telling us the price. The price was 42K but they could slash the price in half if we buy on the spot. The sales pitch included fake phone calls, laughing at us, and refusing to leave, and trying to get us to buy on the spot. I can't speak for the quality of the roofs but if the quality of the company is so good why are they so worried about giving their customers time to research the company and get other quotes. Very satisfied with my roof. Anything that I wasn't 100% happy with was fixed before they left. Brian was very straight forward with everything he showed us. He was also very attentive. Whenever I texted him he always got right back to me.
