Ace Handyman Services Charlotte Concord

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Erin is completely ignorant, and unprofessional. I made an initial appointment with them which they cancelled the morning of because their craftsman had a “family emergency”. I rescheduled because I understand things happen. The night before my re-scheduled appointment I get an email cancelling again because the craftsman is “sick”. At that point I emailed back saying I did not want to re-schedule again because cancelling twice last minute was unprofessional. I found another company, and thought nothing of it. Last night I got an email to confirm an appointment for today that I did not make. I emailed back saying I did not make an appointment, and did not need the service. Today, while I’m at work I get a text that someone is on the way to my house, so I had to call and tell them to turn him around because we did not have an appointment, and I’m at work. They are the most unprofessional company that I’ve dealt with in
