I used Well Krafted to inspect and replace my roof, and from beginning to end the whole process was wonderful and painless. Their inspection technician was on-time/early to each appointment and friendly and professional. He got up on the roof with the claims adjuster and had pictures and weather reports to make the insurance process go smoothly. The team that did the roof replacement showed up right on time and got to work. They were professional, did a great job on the roof, and cleaned up after the work. I saw Robert Kraft often throughout the day and got updates from him on how it was going.
