CMC Service Experts

CMC Service Experts services our whole home generator; it is part of a maintenance program. The tech comes out twice a year to perform maintenance and check the condition of the generator. My wife and I are very pleased with the our Service Tech John V. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He is punctual and takes the time to explain to us, in terms we can understand, what he has done to the generator. He also makes sure that we know what to do if any service codes appear on the generator does not run. We appreciate John V and what he does for us.

CMC Service Experts installed a 24KW generator last year for us. Over time the generator settled and move a very small amount. My wife contacted them to see if they could re- level it and stabilize it. Chase Lewis was our tech and he did a great job of properly leveling and stabilizing our generator. He also took the time to perform an inspection of the entire system, (generator, electrical panels, circuit breakers & wifi connection). His work, communication and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. If you are in need of a whole house generator; specifically request Mr. Chase Lewis- you won't go wrong. Chase Lewis came to the house to correct some very serious problems with a generator installation. He worked fast and efficiently and obviously knew what he was doing. He did not have one necessary part on his truck that day so he came back the next day and replaced the originally installed incorrect part. He did this even though it made him between 1 and 2 hours late getting home. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days. He was also one of the most respectful technicians that has ever come to my home. He also kept me informed as to his arrival time and letting me know the work was done and sent me pictures.
