CMC Service Experts

CMC Service Experts services our whole home generator; it is part of a maintenance program. The tech comes out twice a year to perform maintenance and check the condition of the generator. My wife and I are very pleased with the our Service Tech John V. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He is punctual and takes the time to explain to us, in terms we can understand, what he has done to the generator. He also makes sure that we know what to do if any service codes appear on the generator does not run. We appreciate John V and what he does for us.

I got a few different quotes to get my electric panel updated and decided to go with CMC mostly because their techs seemed the most genuine and honest. Valis was very helpful with letting me know what was needed during the estimate. They were able to get my service scheduled within a week, Valis and Tyler did a great job and were very friendly. The pricing was reasonable and seemed pretty average with the other company quotes as well. Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

Funny story started out as thru misunderstanding CMC was led to believe we were misusing their license! But Tim was great as it became a funny misunderstanding and instead of a problem he fixed it and then did the service immediately, and CMC'S good reputation and relationship with Town of Clayton got my inspection and electrical service restored immediately! Critical as I needed to leave town the next day. 2nd good experience with CMC.
