I called for an appointment after receiving an estimate and they were able to get me in on the next business day. I had a new kitchen faucet installed (the old one leaked), a leaky drain repaired and a under sink water filter installed. James, who owns the business, arrived on time and promptly got to work. He had everything installed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly so quickly. It took maybe an hour, far less than what was estimated and the price was really affordable. I really appreciated that they were able to complete what I needed so quickly and at a price I could afford. Sink doesn't leak anymore, faucet doesn't drip and the tap water tastes great now! Mr. Coats replaced my main water line and the main house shut-off valve a few months ago. I had three different plumbers come out and his quote was not only the most competitive but he took the time to answer all my questions and didn't try and upsell me on random other plumbing projects like the other people did. He arrived when he said he was going to and he took exactly as long as he said it would take. He even took some pictures of the work and sent them to me for my records. Overall I was very impressed by his work and will definitely be using him for all future plumbing needs.
