Adjustable Services

No one gets five stars unless Jesus Christ was on site; that being said I was very satisfied with Adjustable Services' work. A co-worker of mine recommended them. Added a new return air duct, new condenser, new furnace in attic, UV light to reduce mold and stuff, new T-stat. Three man crew, took about 6 hours. He also came back to install new breaker. City inspection is this Friday.

I have been a client for a long time and it bothers me I have to do this but I don’t want anyone else out $$$ like I am for using this company. I had great experience prior and used them to repair my very old unit for years and even used them to put in my new units two years ago. I got a warranty at the time and they were supposed to come out twice a year to check the units. It’s been two years and they have not showed up and continuously have been hitting my account for their monthly fee. My wife has called and spoke with them twice and they said it was a mix up because the guy who was supposed to check our units no Longer works there. The owner stated he would get someone right out to the house to check and service the units and promised to call her back out figuring out the refunds on fees charged. Since then he will not answer our calls or texts. I called the business and the mailbox is full. I even sent an email through their site. I had to stop payment on this because they won’t

Adjustable Services installed both a new furnace and air conditioning unit the day after I contacted them for a quote. They gave me an honest opinion of what they believed was the best value and guided me through the process.
