Jake came out and was excellent! He was super friendly, efficient and helped us with the claim. I can’t say enough good things about this company! I was super apprehensive to try and get a new roof at this time, but he made it very easy. I highly highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs!
Can't say enough good things about Best Choice Roofing. Their ratings are well deserved. Bjorn went above and beyond my expectations to ensure the job was done on time and correctly. Would not hesitate to recommend them. I did a lot of research before choosing Best Choice Roofing because there are so many shady, fly-by-night roofing companies. A warranty is only as good as the company offering it - many claim to have been in business for 20 years, but fail to mention its been under 20 different names. DO NOT HIRE THIS Company. This is a storm chasing operation. They are based out of Tennessee. Contracts you signed are deliberately worded to screw the customer. If you want legal recourse, you will need to sue them in the state of Tennessee. Do yourself a favor and find a local company with local roots and have the same crew job after job.
