bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of North Charlotte

I had no prior knowledge of Bluefrog I find them through Angie list. We had a very bad clogged under the washer line which we haven't used the washer in 8 years. They first sent in a young plumbiner for free. The plumber was very friendly and he arrived on time unfortunately he wasn't able to fix the issue not a big and also not his fault. I called Bluefrog and I spoke to Frank the owner he was also very nice and very respectful. He agreed to send a master plumber for free to try to give us a quote on the bad clogged and to see what can be done to fix it. The Master plumber he arrived on time he was also very friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. Instead of immediately suggesting that I try the most expensive repair possible he suggested from his knowledge a chemical that he told me before has worked for a very bad clogged. As a customer I really appreciate a company coming over to my house and instead of immediately trying to sell the most expensive work possible they firs

I am a community manager and one of my neighborhoods had a water main leak 3pm on a Friday AND a holiday weekend!! This leak also effected the pool. I called 6 other company's before I cam across Bluefrog. They communicated so well AND they were able to make it out that day AND ended up fixing it. All the other company's aren't able to make it until Monday! Love the service that I received from Bluefrog. I highly recommend them. Booked online on Sunday for a Monday appt to have two bathroom sink clogs addressed. Nector arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to show and explain to me what he did and confirm the issues were both fixed. Great service and highly recommend Service: Drain cleaning
