I am a community manager and one of my neighborhoods had a water main leak 3pm on a Friday AND a holiday weekend!! This leak also effected the pool. I called 6 other company's before I cam across Bluefrog. They communicated so well AND they were able to make it out that day AND ended up fixing it. All the other company's aren't able to make it until Monday! Love the service that I received from Bluefrog. I highly recommend them. We had a 16 year old gas water heater that started leaking. I called Superior plumbing because they were rated well and local to us in Monroe. Phone number listed connected me to Blue frog plumbing. I’m not sure if the company sold their business or changed their name. Communication from Blue frog was very good and they worked us in earlier than promised. The tech who came to our house was very polite and professional. Then we got the quote… They gave us a price of $2900 and wouldn’t itemize the quote so we could tell how much was the water heater and how much was labor. I checked local vendors and found most water heater were $750 - $900. Called another plumber who put a new water heater in for $1600 including the water heater. It took him about 2 hours. And almost half what Blue Frog quoted. Paid Blue Frog $79 for the service call and lesson learned.
