Mr Hall was wonderful!! In the midst of the 2022 January blizzard, my heat went out. He was SO COMPASSIONATE and CONCERNED for my family during the call. My family had been without heat for hours. He immediately came right over and fixed the issue without a blink. He even cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using him for future maintenance and repairs. I paid him a fraction of costs of what the other "Snake Oil HVAC Competitors" were quoting me over the phone. A very humble, honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working gentleman. I cannot recommend Jason with Hoosier Heating and Air enough. He is super responsive, courteous, and he diagnosed and repaired our issue in a timely manner (even on a Sunday morning). We have two units on our home and he was able to service both in a prompt manner while explaining this issues and how to check for future problems. Service: HVAC system repair
