Having a water heater go bad I'd never fun. Having it go bad on a Saturday is a nightmare! Within 20 minutes of calling, Gary was at my house to give me an estimate to replace my water heater. Less than half a day later the job was done, amd we had a brand new water heater. Gary was professional, courteous, and better than prompt!
